Terms of Service

Effective as of March 17, 2026. These terms govern the professional utilization of our data streams and high-performance analytics systems across the Pan-Asian financial corridor.

01 The Binding Agreement

By accessing the PanAsia DataStream platform, located at PanAsiaDataStream.digital, you enter into a legally binding contract with us. If you are using our services on behalf of a financial institution, hedge fund, or corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

We provide institutional-grade data streams that require strict adherence to security protocols. Continued use of the platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated framework.

02 Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, analytics engines, visual interfaces, and aggregated data sets are the exclusive property of PanAsia DataStream. We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with the data for internal decision-making purposes only.

Prohibited Extraction

Automated scraping, crawling, or architectural mirroring of our stream delivery systems is strictly forbidden without a written Enterprise API agreement.

Derived Works

Any reports or white papers created using our specific analytics must carry appropriate attribution to PanAsia DataStream.

03 System Usage and Integrity

Performance is the cornerstone of our service. To maintain the low-latency environment required for Pan-Asian market movements, users agree not to:

Circumvent rate limits or stress-test our live production environments.
Share authentication credentials outside of the assigned seat license.
Use the data to build a competing data-stream aggregation product.
Input malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to the network's core logic.

Breach of these operational standards will result in immediate termination of access without a refund for the remaining billing cycle.

04 Limitation of Liability

"Financial data is subject to extreme volatility. While our systems achieve 99.9% uptime, we provide all information on an 'As Is' and 'As Available' basis."

PanAsia DataStream and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from investment decisions made using our platform. We are a technology provider, not a financial advisor. Users are encouraged to verify all critical market signals through secondary channels.

05 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our analytics services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
